As your certified trained Birth Doula, I will accompany you and your partner or family through the process of preparing for birth and support you during labor, birth, and bonding with your baby. My goal as your Doula is to help you experience a memorable, positive and safe birth whether in the hospital, birth center, or home birth with an unmedicated or medicated birth or a cesarean. I will help you and any other supporting person involved understand the stages of labor and birth to identify once they occur. I will listen to the needs and concerns of you and your partner to offer ideas for supporting you while actively attending your birth to advocate, empower, and comfort you if desired.
